Pressed in December 2018, this is the first sake of the season straight from the tank, without pasteurization. The active fermentation in the bottle is very mild, this Ginjo is characterized by youthful, delicate fruit tones. Unusually balanced and long in the taste for a Namazake. This is one of the lasting strengths of Sohomare, their ability to create sake with elegance and subtlety in styles that are traditionally known to be strong and sharp.
Servering: Et passende match til cremet mad, ost eller fløde is. Drik den helt kølig, lige fra køleskabet.
